Established in April 1999 by Rami I. Atout, the main principal, Creative Design Architecture, Inc. is a service oriented firm with a growing number of
new Commercial and Residential projects.
In the Clark County and Las Vegas, Nevada areas where the firm operates, and under the supervision of its main principal Rami I. Atout, Creative Design Architecture,
Inc. established a history of successful projects both public and private. Clients and projects extend to include public services, commercial, industrial, high
education, telecommunications and health care sectors as well as custom residential projects.
Despite the diversity of projects and clients the firm’s anchor has been the philosophy of providing complete project delivery service defined through the
following three main principles:
1. Excellence in design, which has been uniquely successful in encompassing the client’s needs, budget,
program and expectations.
2. Complete contract documents incorporating the latest construction technology, the latest local and
national codes that apply to the project and complete coordination between all consultants.
