The Doc-Fai Wong Martial Arts Center specializes in Martial Arts Classes for ages 4 on up. Classes are designed to be engaging and dynamic. As the headquarters school of the Plum Blossom Federation, the Doc-Fai Wong Martial Arts Center teaches classes in traditional Choy Li Fut Kung Fu and Yang Style Tai Chi Chuan.

About Choy Li Fut:
Choy Li Fut is a practical art of self defense, yet a beautiful performance art as well. Originating in China in 1836 the art is well rounded in striking, kicking, joint locking, grappling, weaponry and animal styles. Choy Li Fut is the perfect way to get in shape as well as build confidence all while learning self defense.

About Tai Chi Chuan:
Tai Chi Chuan is an excellent way to relieve stress and develop flexibility and circulation. There is more to it than meets the eyes! Tai Chi is a martial art, and a great form of self defense. Under the guidance of Grandmaster Doc-Fai Wong, the true art is passed on.

Established in 1968
Our school was started in 1968 by Doc-Fai Wong making us one of the Bay Areas oldest and most well known martial arts school. We have since evolved into the International Plum Blossom Federation Headquarters. Even with all this growth we have kept to our traditional roots. We currently have over 15 active instructors who have been with us between 10 to 35 years.

Grandmaster Doc-Fai Wong is President Plum Blossom International Federation has over 200 schools, 30,000 active students and 500,000 members worldwide, making it one of the largest Kung Fu organizations in the world. Grandmaster Wong has certified instructors from his students down to the fourth generation teaching in his international federation.
