The owner, Jacob came to our house to eliminate a very unsightly rust stain at the bottom of our pool finish. Another company quoted us $350.00 for an acid wash where they have to completely drain the pool. Well Jacob came out the next day with $5.00 of chewable vitamin C tablets crushed in a sock. After scrubbing it before and after with a stainless steel brush, the ascorbic acid in the vitamin will eliminate some stains and completely removed about 95 percent of our stain. He also tested the water for metals and found a significant amount of copper in our water. He explained that many algaecides are copper based and recommended a metal control solution to eradicate the problem. Thanks Jacob

My pool was neglected for some time while I was working abroad. It had tadpoles living in it! A local retail store quoted me at $415.00 because it requires multiple visits but Pristine Pools did the entire service for $300.00 even. After 3 days my pool was blue and beautiful, all thanks to the owner Jacob who pulled out all the stops to be punctual and professional.♂️

I called their number frantically because my husband was out of town and my daughter had a pool party in 2 days. The salt cell was blinking and the pool was turning green. He fixed my salt cell by simply resetting it, cleaned my filter and added a safe shock so the kids could swim. He charged me $90.00 dollars and I couldn't have been happier. Lynn Todd
